Find out what AI assistants say about your business

When someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini for a business like yours, an answer comes back with a name in it. If it isn't yours, nothing tells you — there's no missed call, no bounced visit, nothing in your analytics.

We'll check, for free, and send you the answer.

Three fields are all we actually need. The rest just makes the report sharper.

No card, no account, no obligation. We use your details only to run the audit and talk to you about it — see our privacy notice.

What this usually looks like

We run this check on local businesses every week. The pattern repeats:

The assistant answers confidently — with someone else

Ask for the best electrician in a mid-sized town and you get two or three specific firms, described warmly. A business that isn't on that list never learns it was in the running.

The reason is often mechanical, not reputational

Blocked crawlers. A homepage whose text only exists after JavaScript. No structured data. The business is excellent; the plumbing isn't.

Nothing about it shows up in your numbers

You can't see an enquiry that never happened. That's why most owners have no idea, and why a check is the only way to find out.

What the audit covers

  • Whether assistants can read your site at allPlenty of sites are invisible for a mechanical reason — a security setting blocking AI crawlers, or a page whose words only appear once JavaScript runs. Crawlers don't run it.
  • What they say when someone asks for your trade in your townWe ask the questions your customers actually type, with live web search, and record who gets named.
  • Whether you're one of the namesAnd if you're not, which businesses are being recommended in your place.
  • Your structured data and entity detailsWhether a machine can work out what you do, where you are, your hours and how to contact you — without guessing.
  • The specific things holding you backIn the order we'd fix them, in plain English, not a 40-page audit nobody reads.

What happens after you send it

  1. 01You send the form Three fields. Takes about twenty seconds.
  2. 02We run the check Usually the same day. Nothing needed from you.
  3. 03You get the report What the assistants say, what's blocking you, what to fix first. Yours to keep.
  4. 04We talk — only if you want to Fifteen minutes on what it would take. No pitch if it isn't a fit; we'll say so.
Straight answer

Sometimes the audit says you're fine.

Some businesses we check are already being named by the assistants, and their technical setup is sound. When that happens we tell them so, and there is nothing for us to sell. We'd rather do that than talk somebody into a service they don't need — a made-up problem is obvious the moment they check it.

Either way you'll know where you stand, which is more than most businesses can say right now.

Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes, and the report is yours whether or not we ever work together. It's free because it's the honest way to show you the problem — and because roughly half the businesses we check turn out to have something simple and mechanical wrong, which is a much easier conversation than a sales pitch.

What's the catch?

There isn't one, but here's the honest version: we do this because some people who see their report will want us to fix it, and that's our business. If your site is already in good shape we'll tell you that and there'll be nothing to sell you.

How long does it take?

The automated check runs in seconds. We look at the results ourselves before sending, so expect the report within one working day.

Do I need to give you access to my website?

No. The audit only looks at what's already public — the same pages any visitor or search engine can see. Access only comes up later, and only if you decide you want the work done.

Is this SEO?

No. SEO competes for a place in a list of ten links. This is about being one of the one or two businesses an assistant names when it gives a single answer. The technical work and the writing are both different.

Can you guarantee I'll start showing up?

No, and be wary of anyone who does — nobody controls what these systems answer, and they change weekly. What we can do is show you exactly where you stand, fix what's demonstrably broken, and report honestly on what moves.

Will you sell or share my details?

Never. We use them to run your audit and to talk to you about it. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will, same day.

Ready to find out?

It takes about twenty seconds to ask, and the answer is yours to keep.
