Who we are
Overheard measures how often AI assistants recommend a business. Contact: hello@overheardai.co.uk.
If we emailed your business
We occasionally email UK companies about their AI visibility. We obtained your business contact details from your own website or a public business directory, and we rely on legitimate interests to send relevant business-to-business information. Every email we send identifies us and contains a one-click opt-out. If you opt out - or reply asking us to stop - we add your address to a permanent suppression list and never email it again.
If you buy a report
We process the business details you give us (name, type, location) and your email address to run your report, deliver it, and provide support. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Reports and account data are stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and transactional email is sent via Resend.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing - email hello@overheardai.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies & analytics
The site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics (Vercel Analytics). We do not run advertising trackers.
